Membership Programs, Courses, and Mastermind Events

If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of subscribing to a membership program or purchasing a course or mastermind, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Group Coaching Programs

Our refund policy for group coaching programs is valid for 30 days following the completion of the program. If you feel the program did not deliver the value promised, you are eligible for a full refund.

1-on-1 Coaching Programs

1-on-1 coaching requires a minimum commitment of four months. During our onboarding process, we will establish clear, mutually agreed-upon outcomes and results for your coaching journey. If, after four months, we have not achieved the agreed outcomes or results, I will personally continue to coach you at no additional charge for up to an additional four months or until we achieve the agreed results—whichever comes first. This ensures your investment in coaching delivers the value and results you expect.
